Over the summer our family relocated from Florida to Chicago for work and had a tight deadline to find a house before the new school year. We worked with a great relocation realtor and initially we searched several Chicagoland areas and did not find anything that met our family's overall needs of a safe neighborhood, good school system, and convenience to Chicago downtown. We decided to extend our search into Indiana. Having looked at many builders in Illinois and Northwest Indiana, Nardo Builders immediately stood out in so many ways. We noticed the overall functionality of the floor plan we chose was a great fit and definitely had the feeling that our needs and requests for changes to our finishes inside were important to Nardo too. We just first wanted to say how absolutely wonderful it was to spend our first holiday in our brand-new home! With our move-in date scheduled toward the middle of December, things got a little hectic but thanks to you guys, our home was move-in ready and that made it much easier to get in and enjoy our holidays.
The thing that strikes us the most is how cozy our new home is. It just feels like home. Not sure how to quite describe that you just feel it right when you walk in the door. A friend of ours said it feels like a cozy blanket on a cold night. It?s true! You guys really go the extra mile, from the top-notch carpeting, to the elegant sconces on the wall.
We are very proud of our new home. We are very excited for our kids to grow up here and feel that sense of "community" we feel is so important for them to experience. Thank You for making our transition in to our new home an easy one. You really went out of your way to accommodate us and we are truly thankful for that.

We first heard about Timberland from a friend living in the community. We really liked the ability to see each model on the website; we were able to choose which models we liked before even coming. The sales staff did a great job making us feel welcome. Nardo offered us a lot of flexibility in choosing and customizing our home. We really like the look and feel of the community as well as the convenience of the neighborhood to the interstates. Every aspect of our experience with Nardo has been great and we look forward to many years in our Nardo new home.

Thank you for coming through on your promise of completing our home in time. After looking at more than 30 homes by various builders, Nardo Builders was the best. The quality of Nardo's craftsmanship, the style and floor plans of their homes and a great location (Timberland) made the decision of partnering with Nardo an easy one. The process of building a home was daunting at times and the feedback from friends and family about building was very negative. None of that was true of our experience. We visited the home once a week to check on its progress and was amazed how quickly they took our house from studs and a foundation to a finished home. We even met one of the contractors and he only had positive things to say aboutworking with Nardo. We are happy and thankful that we picked Nardo Builders and would recommend them to anyone looking to build or purchase a new home.

We just wanted to send you our thanks for your help throughout our relocation to Northwest Indiana this past spring. The relocation process is stressful and your availability to assist us in coordinating several startup tasks during our last couple of months in North Carolina helped smooth the transition. During our house hunting trip, we literally looked at dozens of homes in Porter & Lake County. Without a doubt, the Nardo Homes were built with superior quality and priced much more reasonably than your competition. We also found the Timberland Development to be appealing with its mature trees and overall layout, especially in comparison to the flat and barren "converted farm-field" type of new housing developments. As with any new home construction, we required follow-up and on a handful of items. Your and Jennifer's support was prompt. We also found your sub-contractors very courteous and professional.
